Event Details:
Site tour of the new state of the art AESC UK (Envision) electric battery Gigafactory being built right here in the North of England with an initial capacity of 12GWh. The plant will be bringing over 1000 new jobs to the region. The factory site tour is being conducted by main contractor Wates who are kindly facilitating the tour. Spaces are very limited so please sign up soon to avoid disappointment.
Additional Information:
Wates’ site has a teal (blue/green) hoarding or fencing and site cabins are the same colour.
Access to the site will be via a turnstile, please call the intercom system to gain access.
If all visitors could please report to the site compound reception area for 2pm.
All visitors must ensure they wear long trousers and long sleeves.
Please can we ask that no tracksuit bottoms or hoodies are worn for safety reasons.
Wates can provide boots, high viz vest, hard hat, gloves, and glasses but visitors can bring their own if they prefer.
