This seminar has been organised by The Save Construction Initiative.

Key note speakers include:

Noel Shearer: Crown Commercial Service

"Noel has a central role in government, managing the 138 contractors supporting the biggest Construction Alliance Framework ever procured in the UK. He and his colleagues have worked closely with other government departments and trade bodies throughout the Covid-19 crisis to support the survival and ultimately recovery of the industry. He wants to drive a positive message that the public sector has an abundance of opportunity and, with safe working practices, COVID should not be seen as the end of the road but as the beginning of a new way of working and adapting to change."
