Community Partner
Our FBE Sussex Community Partner for 2022 will be the Dare to Dream programme, delivered by LoveLocalJobs Foundation CIC. We will be raising money & awareness of this programme through our events, and encouraging our FBE Sussex members and guests to consider taking an active part in the programme, in order to help to promote the construction industry to young people within our local community.
Dare to Dream is an inspirational programme challenging young people to change the way they think. The programme partners with local influencers and businesses, and works with schools, youth clubs, colleges and universities to give young people the confidence they need to fulfil their potential. Using themes of self-awareness, mindset, gratitude, resilience, teamwork and employability, the programmes speakers and mentors use their own experiences and extensive knowledge to drive and motivate young people.
