Event Details:

Preston has developed a City Investment Plan, part of which is to upgrade the City’s cultural assets and we will hear how the successful Towns Fund Bid has funded initial investment in Preston’s cultural infrastructure.

Another key objective of Preston’s City Investment Plan is the development of Grade A office space in the Station Quarter. Lancashire County Council, Preston City Council and the University of Central Lancashire have now produced a development framework for Preston’s Station Quarter and delegates will find out all about this exciting project.

The event will be one of the first to take place in the MET, an innovative mobile event space which has been funded through Towns Fund.
