She also delivers circular economy and carbon literacy related training and is one of the team that run the Birmingham & West Midlands Circular Economy Club.

Kim is a Principal Whole Life Carbon and Sustainability Consultant at Cundall, delivering Net Zero Carbon design solutions focusing on embodied carbon and circularity across a wide range of building types and life cycle stages

Debbie will give an overview of what a circular economy is and why it is relevant to the construction industry.

Kim will then bring the theory to life by presenting a fascinating case study of an existing building's strip-out process, highlighting key considerations and potential issues that may arise, providing valuable insights for anyone involved in similar projects. Additionally, Kim will emphasize the untapped potential of materials locked away in these buildings and how strategic planning can turn them into future investments.
