Join the FBE committee for our annual Christmas Feast at Fazenda what has become one of staple events in the Leeds calendar.

As the year comes to a close, join us for a morning breakfast, networking and insight. Our guest speaker, Mike Denby, Director of Inward Investment and Place Marketing for Leicester and Leicestershire will share his perspective on upcoming regeneration programmes and opportunities for the FBE involvement in countywide investment promotion.

The fbe Great Western Christmas Lunch is continuing at the fabulous Bristol Harbour Hotel in the heart of the City’s historic banking quarter.  The Grade II listed building with its Sansovino Room inspired by the 16^th century Central library of St Mark in the Piazzatta in Venice, will house our exclusive celebrations.

During this event multiple accredited CPD sessions will be getting delivered back-to-back by several presenters. You will have a chance to attend 2 presentations during the event to help achieve your CPD required hours for 2024.

The event will be an opportunity to network with other built-environment professionals, whilst enjoying a selection of carefully selected wines alongside some cheese and charcuterie taster boards. It also offers the potential for a bit of early Christmas shopping too!

Sheffield’s rich industrial past means that we have many buildings and structures of significant historical and cultural importance. These form a vital part of our city’s heritage and require careful conservation. Working with these buildings requires a particular approach to avoid potential pitfalls. We will look at statutory requirements, key assessments and fieldwork, who to liaise with and finish with some case studies and key lessons.

Join the FFT Committee for Beaujolais Day at Capital Law!

Capital’s fantastic in-house chef will provide a three-course French themed meal.

In the Room wine will be providing both white and red Beaujolais – and we these wines will be exclusive to us so no one else in the UK will be drinking these! Anyone who attended last year can attest for how good the white Beaujolais is.

There will also be some French themed activities!
