Join us for a follow-up presentation and update on the eagerly awaited development of Aire Park, Leeds’ highly anticipated mixed-use development at the centre of the city’s exciting South Bank regeneration area. Owned and developed by the international real estate organisation Vastint, Aire Park is centred by the UK’s largest new city centre park, made up of attractive, diverse, and interconnected public areas including tree-lined lawns and gardens on the former Tetley Brewery site. The green space will sit at the heart of a new mixed-use district which will provide much-needed homes, office, and retail space for the centre of Leeds.
Hear from those who continue to shape this amazing development, with a presentation providing a brief overview of the current projects on site, the history of the Park development, followed by a walk through the Park. Wash it all down with a Pie and a Pint supplied by Kirkstall Brewery at The Tetley, following the site tour.
