Initially training at Mowlem as a surveyor, Terence worked in private practice post qualification in retail for clients including Armani, Calvin Klein, Habitat, Fenwick, French Connection and Conrad Restaurants.
Proceeding to work for Kingfisher, he was sponsored on the MBA programme at Reading. Thereafter he spent 11 years as Head of Projects at Capital & Regional.
Terry is Hammerson’s longest serving project manager and he works internationally throughout the Hammerson estate. His involvement in Birmingham includes Bullring, Grand Central and the exciting new development at Martineau Galleries.
Terry will be introducing recent contributions from Hammerson to Birmingham, its future plans within the city, and why it is a great place to do business.
