Roulette Supper Club returns to give you another enhanced networking experience with the private hire of Cow & Sow (Clifton) and invite you to attend. This premium networking event is kindly sponsored by Morgan Lovell.
We’ve worked closely with the Cow & Sow team to create a set menu exclusively for Roulette Supper Club and your ticket includes a welcome drink and the following:
SHARING BOARD FOR TABLE
Salt & pepper pork rinds, Chorizo with saffron aioli, Ox cheek & cheddar croquettes, poached pineapple, olives, warm breads & whipped butter.
MAINS (pick one from the following)
7oz Flat iron steak (served PINK or MEDIUM WELL) with chips plus chimichurri
Slow cooked pork belly with chips plus cider and wholegrain sauce
Grilled smoky maple glazed cauliflower steak with potato terrine, squash puree, greens and a thyme and beetroot jus (v)
DESSERT
Caramel tart
Once signed up, you will be added to a guest list that will be curated into complementary groups of 6 and you’ll be asked to move tables with each course, mixing with a new group of people each time. The objective is to form new business relationships in an exciting but relaxed way.
