Guest Speaker - Simon Phillips, Director - CBRE
Simon Phillips, Director CBRE, will take us through the current state of the property market within the West Midlands region and in particular Birmingham, looking at forthcoming projects and opportunities for 2025.
He co-leads the Midlands & Southwest Planning Team based out of Birmingham and has over 25 years planning experience working in the public and private sectors including development management, strategic and policy planning, employment land, development, regeneration, economic impact, funding bids and masterplanning.
He has extensive experience of acting for both the public and private sector on a variety of projects and of leading multi-disciplinary technical teams and has a strong track record.
He is commercially astute and has extensive knowledge of and experience of working in the West Midlands property market
