Guest Speaker Joseph Skinner is Development Director for Tritax Big Box Developments

Joe joined Tritax Big Box Developments in 2019 and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 8 years’ experience in the commercial property market. He previously worked at CBRE in the South-East & Midlands market providing leasing and development advice to a variety of occupiers, investors & developers.

Joe’s key focus area involves the delivery of existing projects for both speculative and pre-committed units, together with sourcing new strategic development sites. Current projects include Tritax Parks Rugby, Gloucester and Doncaster.

Outside of work, having been brought up on a family farm in Northampton, Joe remains actively involved in the day-to-day running of the family business.

Joe will provide an update on the midlands market, highlighting projects that have recently been completed and those in the pipleline. Joe will also discuss those lessons that have been learnt whilst delivering complex infrastructure projects for the Industrial and Logistics sector.
