Event Details:
Join the fbe Leeds team and our event sponsors, Edge and Frank Shaw Associates, on an exciting trip to Ladies Day at the York Races Ebor Festival. Aside from our friendly fbe team, there are normally many property professionals to network with during the day at the event.
The ticket includes entry to the County Stand of York Racecourse, return coach to York city centre, and brunch at the Judge’s Lodging in York before the event.
Places are strictly limited, and we expect the event to sell out quickly. Maximum of two people per company please
Dress code:
Dress code is smart – The County Stand is York’s premier enclosure and has a formal dress code of collared shirt, jacket and tie for men. Short-sleeved shirts, bow ties, cravats and dress shorts are also accepted within the dress code.
There is no formal dress code for ladies; however, most choose to dress up for a day at the races - think wedding guest attire. Lots of female racegoers like to wear dresses, and high-heeled shoes together with hats or fascinators. However, it’s most important that you feel comfortable and enjoy your day!
Brunch options:
· The full grill - poached free-range eggs with grilled back bacon, pork sausage, hash brown, baked beans, grilled tomato and field mushroom.
· The vegetarian grill - poached eggs with vegetarian sausage, hash brown, baked beans, grilled tomato and field mushroom
· Continental plate - bacon, yoghurt and honey, granola, fresh fruit, croissant, mini waffles, muffin
· American-style pancakes - bacon and maple syrup or fresh fruit and whipped cream
